What to Expect at Your First Appointment

The first visit to our practice we ask that you allow up to one hour. In this time we will carry out a thorough consultation and examination which will include multiple exercises and scans to best help assess your body and its function. Our consultations are adaptable to suit the needs of every person, no matter the age or stage. The tests and scans are non-invasive and safe for children, pregnant people and adults of all ages.

This leads us to your second visit. You will receive a Report of Findings where all information is explained to you in detail and a plan of action determined to help achieve your goals and optimise your future health.
The price for the initial consultation is £90. This one-off payment is taken upfront at the time of booking to hold your appointment. All appointments thereafter are £44.

​What to wear: We recommend an outfit you are comfortable moving around in. You’ll be asked to remove the top half of your clothing for one of the tests. A gown will be provided to ensure your comfort throughout.
Once you are booked in, we will email you an intake form to be completed ahead of your appointment.

Booking for a baby or child under the age of 6?
Please give us a call on 0141 405 5905 if you would like to book someone under the age of 6, so we can talk you through the process and arrange their appointment.

Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy
We want to make sure every person has the time and space they need—thank you for helping us keep things running smoothly.
Notice Period
We require at least two working days notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Any cancellation, reschedule, or missed appointment within two working days will incur the full appointment fee of £90.
Refunds
Cancellations made with two working days' notice or more will receive a full refund.

Online Paperwork
Any required forms must be completed and submitted at least 48 hours before your appointment.
